Neocon Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Core Android and Flutter Expert to join our team of talented professionals. As a Core Android and Flutter Expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Android and Flutter applications, ensuring their quality, and delivering projects on time.

📌𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android and Flutter applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and technologies in mobile application development
- Participate in code and design reviews
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Test and validate application features and functionalities
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Support and mentor junior developers

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Android and Flutter development
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK and Flutter framework
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, Dart, and object-oriented programming
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party libraries and frameworks
- Knowledge of Git, GitFlow, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with mobile application architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
