#সার্টিফিকেট_তোলার_নিয়মকানুন:

(পুরাতন Language Building) এর ৩য় তলায় Controller of Exam Office (CoE)-এ গিয়ে একটা Clearance Form নিয়ে ফর্মটি পূরণ করে ঐ অফিসের সংশ্লিষ্ট অফিসার থেকে signature নিবেন।

> তারপর একাউন্টস-এ গিয়ে Student Service Section-এর সংশ্লষ্ট অফিসার ও Director -এর Signature নিবেন। Dues থাকলে আগেই পরিশোধ করে দিতে হবে।

>এরপর Library >STAD>Dept. Head-এর signature নিয়ে accounts-এ ১,০০০ টাকা সার্টিফিকেট ফি বাবদ জমা দিয়ে একটা রিসিপ্ট নিয়ে আবার CoE অফিসে যাবেন। ওখানে Clearance ফর্ম ও সার্টিফিকেট ফি বাবদ জমার রিসিপ্টটা জমা দিবেন।

মূল মার্কশীটসহ ১,০০০ টাকা (৫০০+৫০০)।

**শুধু Original Certificate ১,০০০ টাকা।

**সার্টিফিকেট Ready আছে কিনা CoE অফিসে ফোন করে জেনে নিলে ভাল হবে।

**কোন ফি বকেয়া আছে কিনা একাউন্টস-এর Student Service Section-এ ফোন করে জেনে নিলে ভাল হয়।

**যাবতীয় ফোন নাম্বার IIUC এর মূল Website www.iiuc.ac.bd এখানে পাওয়া যাবে এবং এই Website-এর Student Web Panel-এ Log in করে Dues আছে কিনা তাও চেক করা যাবে।

International Islamic University Chittagong International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) is one of the Government approved Private Universities in Bangladesh. The credit for the idea of establishing this University goes to Islamic University Chittagong Trust(IUCT), which is the founder organization of the University.

As discussed with Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of IIUC today's (13 June) scheduled examinations have also been postponed due to inclement weather.
All concerned are requested to contact with the respective Department for fresh schedules.
