APX Group NextGen Lab is looking for a female intern to join our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team as a CSR Content and Community Intern.

We are seeking a digitally fluent and creative individual who wants real world experience in social media management, content production and community engagement.

📌 Position Details

Title: Intern - CSR Content and Community
Commitment: 10 - 15 hrs / week
Compensation: BDT 10,000 / month

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Video clip editing for social media distribution
• Content scheduling and posting across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Live session chat moderation
• Post live audience engagement and community response
• English to Bangla and Bangla to English content translation

✔️ Required Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop etc.
• Working knowledge of major social media platforms and their content formats
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quick turnarounds
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently

🎯 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
📊 CGPA 3.00 or above
📚 Expected combined GPA in SSC & HSC: 9+
🗣 Excellent English communication skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing)
⌨️ Strong English typing speed & computer literacy
🧠 Analytical mindset, leadership potential & decision-making ability

🌱 Fresh graduates and experienced professionals (up to 3 years) are encouraged to apply.
⭐ Candidates with experience in Telecommunication, BPO, Data Entry Firms, or Call Centers will get preference.
