Job position: - Customer Service Representatives.

Location : 60 feet Road Mirpur (Close to Barek Mollah Road).

Job Requirement: -
1. MUST be Fluent in English!
2. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐂 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟓 𝐌𝐛𝐩𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐭𝐡.

5. HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
6. Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday)
7. You can earn more on top of your salary as a sales bonus.

Job Responsibilities: -
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
• Maintain a good relationship with them.
• Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients using Dialer.
• Must be knowledgeable about email & web chat.
• Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

Employment Status:
• Full-time Workplace.
• Work from Home.

Experience Requirements:
• At least 1 or 2 year(s)
• Freshers are encouraged to Apply. The applicants who have experience in the following area(s) will get priority.
