💰 Salary Structure

🔹 Internship (Frontend UI/UX Designer): 5,000 BDT

👉 Must have a strong portfolio (Dribbble/Behance/live projects preferred)
👉 EdTech/demo-only projects NOT accepted

🧠 Must Have Skills
• UI/UX Design fundamentals
• Figma / Adobe XD / similar tools
• Responsive design (Mobile + Web)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Design systems & component thinking
• GitHub (basic knowledge is a plus)

• Experience with Tailwind / frontend collaboration
