🏛 Senior Architect (1 Position)
✔ B.Arch/M.Arch
✔ IAB Full Membership (Mandatory)
✔ 6–10 Years Experience
✔ RAJUK, JALSHIRI Enlisted Candidates Preferred
✔ Strong Leadership in Design, RAJUK, FAR, BNBC & Project Management

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from concept to completion
• Handle RAJUK submission, FAR analysis & BNBC compliance
• Prepare/review drawings, technical docs & 3D visuals
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers & clients
• Site supervision, quality control & project delivery

🏗 Architect (1 Position)
✔ B.Arch/M.Arch
✔ IAB Associate Membership
✔ 4–6 Years Experience
✔ Strong Skills in Design, Working Drawings, RAJUK & Site Coordination

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs & working drawings
• Prepare 3D visuals, presentations & technical documentation
• Coordinate with project teams & stakeholders
• Ensure RAJUK, FAR & BNBC compliance
• Site visits, supervision & project support

Lunch: full subsistence, two festival bonuses per year, one weekly holiday, mobile bill allowance, and TA will be provided.
