Workdays: Sunday – Thursday
Weekly Off: 2 Days (Friday & Saturday)

Ideabox is looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager, Business Development to join our growing team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

📎Key Responsibilities

👉🏼Identify and develop new business opportunities
👉🏼Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
👉🏼Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
👉🏼Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for potential clients
👉🏼Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project ex*****on
👉🏼Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
👉🏼Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
👉🏼Attend meetings, networking events, and client presentations

📎Requirements

🔹Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing agency or B2B service industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
🔹Proven track record in business development or sales
🔹Ability to work independently and meet targets
🔹Good understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
🔹Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini)
