We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or queries
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
product/service information and assistance
Maintain customer records and update details as needed
Collaborate with different departments to address customer concerns
Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to improve service deliver.
Provide product recommendations and handle queries about our products.
Good at meta-communication such as Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
Excellent communication skills in English and bangla
Good typing and basic computer skills (MS Office)
