Just completed the foundation design for a large oil tank , Dhaka.—where precision and safety are non-negotiable. While manual calculations offer a baseline, We leaned heavily on advanced FEM tools to capture soil-structure interaction, stress distribution, and settlement behavior with far greater fidelity.
🔍 Why FEM over manual methods?
- Captures 3D load paths and stress zones that hand calcs often oversimplify
- Enables base shear vs. displacement curve extraction for seismic checks
- Validates design against BNBC 2020 with enhanced confidence
📐 Manual methods still play a role in cross-checking and code compliance—but FEM brings the clarity and reliability needed for critical infrastructure.

Proud to share our recent contribution to the Jalshiri Abashon Prokolpo, where we led the design of several SPC (Spun Precast Concrete) pile foundations tailored for challenging site conditions.

- 🔩 Fl**ge Connection Design: Verified through both manual calculations and software-based analysis to ensure structural integrity and constructability.
