Duties and Responsibilities:
•Knowledge in compensation, employee health care benefits, long-range tax or estate plans.
•Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
•Implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems.
•Maintain budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
•Prepare, and examine accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
•Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.
•Report to management regarding the accounts of an establishment.
•Experience with bookkeeping.
•Handle the sensitive and confidential information.
•Learn how to work as part of the accounting team with honesty and integrity.
Requirement:
•BBA (Major in Accounting). Major in Finance will add value.
•Completion of all the courses except Internship.

Job brief:
We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead our amazing APIs, modern applications and SaaS products.
Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining Front End, APIs and server-side code of any application. You will work with the Front-End & Back-End team and along with DevOps and bridge the gap between server-side and client-side of the application, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application will perform. If you also have a repository of projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Details:
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debug-ging.
• Help and lead front-end developers with coding, code reviewing and trouble-shooting.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and get feedback and identify new features.
• Collaborate with the product and business team to generate smart solutions for the feature requirements.
• Write clean code (DRY) to develop functional applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Perform server-side tests to optimize performance.
• Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies to make modern applications.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Write functional requirement documents and guides.
• Learning to adapt to any framework or library necessary to improve product implementation.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
• Graduation from any discipline is required. Flexible for the right candidates.

Skill:
• Proper knowledge of working with Git.
• Proper knowledge of SoC (separation of concerns).
• Proper ideas on databases (Relational and NoSQL).
• Proper knowledge of Node and related package managers (npm or yarn).
• Proficient in Server-Side JavaScript (knowledge of ES6).
• Proficient knowledge of front end frameworks(Vue, React), Vue preferred.
• Proficient in Node-based frameworks (Express, Koa). Express preferred.
• Proper understanding of GraphQL API building and using clients (Apollo Client preferred)
• Proper understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (LESS, SASS, SCSS).
• Some working knowledge on PHP based systems (Laravel, ReactPHP etc).
• Proper understanding of monolith and microservices.
• Basic knowledge on deployment procedures and orchestrations (Git-based CI/CD, Docker or Kubernetes).
• Basic knowledge of CloudFlare and CloudFlare services.
• Proficient in using an IDE (VS Code) and Terminal.
• Up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
• Knowledge of team collaboration services (eg. Slack, Trello, Discord etc.) to communicate properly with the team.
• Up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Understanding programming language structures and paradigms to learn to adapt and implement in any language necessary.
• Awareness of other server-side languages that can be used to make proficient server-side backends.
• Leadership skills.

Additional Information:
• Understand the product vision, business objectives and overall strategy.
• Understand the dynamic of the tech team.
• Ability to take input & feedback.

Experience:
• Proven industry experience (at least 24 months) as a Fullstack Engineer or a similar role (Node based preferred).
• Experience of leading a team is a plus.
