Muggle Technology is hiring Java software engineers to work with Java Swing and/or Vaadin. Applicant must have a solid understanding of core Java language, and have knowledge of web application development using Vaadin or desktop application development using Swing. (1 year exp.)
Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Java application phases, code, and software.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, as well as recommending changes to improve the established processes.
• Identify production and non-production application issues.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Experience required: 1 year minimum.
Salary range: Depending on experience and expertise

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain cross-platform software test cases.
Prepare and implement software test plans, designs, objectives and cases.
Identify, evaluate and record questionable behaviour, defects, inconsistencies and errors with application functionality.
Prepare automated test solutions.
Perform with software development engineers for product design, walk-throughs, code reviews and product lifecycle inspections.
Respond to all technical support inquiries pertinent to software application’s functions and operation.
