Job Context
Sylloo Innovation Ltd is seeking to hire only highly motivated, results-driven individuals. We are looking for a 'Customer Relation Officer' for our Dhaka Office. Basically, the individual has to sell IT Services like Websites, Software, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing services.
Job Responsibilities
• The Person has to sell software & IT Products (Like Website, Software)
• Prior Experience in selling IT Products will be the first priority.
• The individual has to sell IT Services like Websites, Software, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing services.
• Full-time, in-house.
• Must be fluent & attractive speaker
• Computer literacy is a must.
• To build strong relationships with internal & external customers.
• Maintain Communication with Existing Clients and strive to increase the client base.
• Must be hardworking and smart approach.
• Individuals who have IT Knowledge , will be considered first
• Plan and work to execute marketing activities, create new customers, increase sales volume, work to achieve the plan.
• Convincing the customers and finalizing the deal professionally by identifying customers' needs.
• Achieve target assigned by management.
• Reports update to the authority on a regular basis.
