📌 Get the right people: Are your employees the right ones for the job? No matter what it takes, get the best hands. You need to build an army to plan strategically and defeat your competitors.

📌 Research your competitors: You are not in competition with yourself. Your competitors are constantly drawing out plans on manufacturing products that the audience needs. Know these competitors, their products and find out what makes them special (USP).

📌Make your product/services suited to your market: Are your customers the younger population? Or even those in the mid 30's? Your product must reflect what suits them. Know your audience demographics so as to position your brand towards that desire.

📌Build a formidable online presence: If your brand is not online at this day and age, then I wonder what you are still doing in business. Not to sugarcoat things but your brand can't grow exponentially if there is no online presence. The whole world is online and a properly crafted content can sell your brand out there.

📌Never stop learning, growing, improving and innovating.

Be proactive rather than reactive. Constantly seek organizational growth by investing in people development. This way you get the best staff handling the job.
