Job Title: Key Account Manager (Client Manager)

Location: Dhaka & Chittagong

Office Hours: Night Shift (7:00 pm to 3:30 am)

Office Days: Monday to Friday

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
• Inbound/Outbound service calls with national real estate clients/banks/real estate national clients
• Building Partnership and Maintaining client and vendor relationships
• Maintaining inventory through Saas application/software
• Expanding client portfolio through critical negotiations and strategies

Qualification:

• A bachelor degree from any reputed university (any discipline)
• The candidate must have a good English speaking abilities, punctuation skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex ideas to diverse audiences
• In terms of speaking, a North American accent is a preference, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible and Self-motivated with having ability to work within time constraints.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Skills/Experience:
• Preservation/Maintenance experienced candidates will get preference
• Experienced in Call Center, Call Centre Agent/Team Lead. Also experienced as a client manager or vendor Manager in property preservation Service. Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent in speaking English, Persistent and result oriented.
• Applicants with IELTS 6.5 will get preference
