|| How to manage yourself from anxiety disorder ||🖤
✔️ Know your anxiety type. Knowing what or why you are worrying makes it easier to avoid or prepare for that situation.
✔️ Breathing exercises, taking short breaks between work etc. are usually helpful.
✔️ Exercise. Not slow walking, sweaty running or swimming.
✔️ Challenge negative thoughts. Try and force yourself to replace negative thoughts with positive ones, and make it a habit.
✔️ Share with someone close or trusted, or seek expert help.
✔️ Do meditation if you are very afraid or have excessive anxiety.
