Executive - Client & Vendor Management
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
In this role, you'll maintain open communication with clients and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly. You'll negotiate prices, oversee quality work, and ensure timely delivery. You'll also work with internal teams to make sure overseas clients get the best service, while actively searching for and onboarding skilled contractors to meet project demands.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Applicants with 1-2 years of experience in client and vendor management within the Property Preservation Industry are strongly encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates from English Medium/Version are also welcome to apply.
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆:

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✅ Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputed Public/Private University.

✅ Candidates with a background in English medium/version will be preferred.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
✅ Strong communication skills in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) are essential.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, computer skills, and experience in email handling or customer support are preferred.

✅ Must have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.

𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:
✅ Salary review after 3-6 months based on performance

✅ Two festival bonuses and profit sharing based on performance

✅ Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday), all USA federal holidays, and additional leaves as per company policy
