Job Description
We are seeking a competent professional with proven experience in the following areas:
● Team leadership and supervision
● Service operations, operations & maintenance, installation, and commissioning
● Contract management, liaison & coordination, and team management
● Hands-on experience in enhancing business volume, driving growth, and achieving profitability targets
● Customer retention and recovery of existing or inactive customers
● Managing technical and commercial activities, including brand awareness programs through seminars and exhibitions related to coding and marking solutions
● Planning, managing, and executing projects, including installation & commissioning, operations, and maintenance of various equipment
● Handling contract renewals and successfully regaining former customers
● Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills

We regret to share that a fire incident occurred yesterday at Dhaka Airport Cargo Village, affecting one of our major shipments of LASER marking machine destined for an important customer.

Although the financial loss is very large, our greater concern is the disruption faced by our customer’s production.
