We’re hiring experienced Finance Associates (multiple vacancies)

About the Role:
Qormotho is expanding and we’re looking for experienced & passionate candidates to support our UK clients. This role offers exposure to international finance and business operations, direct interaction with CxO-level professionals, and outstanding opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with cloud accounting platforms (Xero, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
- Bookkeeping & processing general ledger transactions
- Bank file uploads & weekly reconciliations
- Invoice posting & supplier account reconciliations
- Accounts receivable review & customer accounts analysis
- Month-end review: trial balance, accruals, and prepayments
- Management reporting and assisting board pack presentation
- Generate & analyze financial reports and custom data dumps
- Attend regular & ad hoc client meetings

Working Schedule:
➡️ UK Business Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
➡️ 5 days/ week (Weekend: Saturday & Sunday)
➡️ UK bank holidays + Eid holidays
➡️ Annual leave entitlement

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years work experience (with at least 1 year working with overseas clients and/ or freelancing experience)
✅ ACCA/ CA/ CIMA (part-qualified) or MBA/BBA in Accounting & Finance
✅ Excellent written & spoken English
✅ Hardworking (qormotho 🎯), tech-savvy, team-player, quick learner, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
