প্রতিটি উৎসে কর্তনকারী সত্তাকে তার উৎসে কর্তনের বিপরীতে মূসক ৬.৬ ইস্যু করতে হবে টাকা ট্রেজারিকরার ০৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে

Changes in Section 31:
(Payment of Advance Tax on Import & its Adjustment)
Every Registered Importer has to pay Advance Tax (AT) at import stage as following rate-
A. If Importer Imports finished goods then AT will be 5%.
B. If Importer Imports Input (Raw Materials) then AT will be 4%.

But for paying AT at the rate of 4% Importer has to submit following documents to the Customs House/Stations as per GO No-10/Mushak/2020.

Noted that: Importer can adjust AT as decreasing adjustment in the Return of the related Tax period or within the next 4 (Four) Tax periods.
