Responsibilities:

* Serve a core role in strategy, planning and ex*****on of brand and digital marketing initiatives
* Determine brand image and product direction.
* Collaborate with the Content Creators, team members in the creation of marketing recommendations, strategies, and ex*****on
* Create strategy and development plans for online content; recommending content types and organization based on user needs and marketing goals
* Research potential online media, influencers.
* As needed assist in the planning, strategy and coordinate ex*****on
* Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla

Benefits:

Salary: 10,000-30,000
Probation Period: 3-4 Months (Performance based)
Yearly Bonus: 2 Festival Bonus
Weekend: 1 Day (Friday)
