Intake 36 and Intake 37 (Apparel Major) recently had the opportunity to visit Al Muslim Group as part of their practical learning journey.
We sincerely express our gratitude to Shadman Ahmed Khan Sir (Assistant Professor, Department of Textile Engineering) and Naeem Ahmmed Sir (Lecturer, Department of Textile Engineering) and Rakibul Islam Jayed (Alumni, 20th intake dept. of Textile Engineering) for arranging this insightful industrial visit. Their guidance and support throughout the program helped us connect classroom knowledge with real-world industrial practices.
During the visit, students gained valuable firsthand experience of modern apparel manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control and assurance systems, and the overall factory working environment. Such exposure is essential for enhancing industry awareness and preparing future textile professionals for their careers.

BUBT Textile Club successfully organized the CQPS Academy Career Launch Program: Understanding Global Compliance & Sustainability Requirements in the Textile Industry, bringing together industry experts, academicians, and aspiring textile professionals for an insightful and impactful learning experience.
The seminar featured distinguished speakers from the compliance and sustainability sector who shared valuable perspectives on global compliance requirements, sustainable manufacturing practices, international industry standards, and the evolving demands of the global textile and apparel market. Through their extensive professional experience, they provided practical guidance on career development, workplace expectations, responsible supply chain management, and emerging opportunities within the textile industry.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, moderators, and organizers, creating an engaging platform for knowledge sharing and professional networking.
