Educational Requirements:
At least Bachelors in Urban and Regional Planning/ Environment Science/Development studies from any reputed Public University.

Key skills:
1. Basic Knowledge about Project Management Concepts
2. Sound knowledge on MS Office, Statistical data analysis software etc.
3. Analytical ability
4. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Bengali
5. Report writing/Document preparation & Presentation skill both in English and Bengali
6. Able to work in a fast-paced setting and multitask.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the project team & work closely with Technical Coordinator
2. Prepare any project-related documents (Official letters, Project proposals, Reports/Documentation etc.) in timely manner
3. Site visit (If required)
4. Any other relevant work for the project assigned by supervisor

Work Experience:
0-1 years of service experience in relevant field. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Work Days: Weekly 6 days (Weekend: Friday)
Job tenure: Trial period (3 days)
Initial 30 days’ probation period, will be extended after successful completion.
Office Hour: 10 am to 6 pm (8 hours)
Office Location: 15 New Baily Road, Dhaka.
