Most people don’t need advice. They need a space where they don’t feel judged.

But here’s the problem, we’ve normalized giving solutions faster than we understand people.

And that’s why:
- Conversations feel empty
- Relationships feel distant
- And people feel unheard, even when they’re talking

In my 10+ years of work, I’ve seen one pattern over and over again: The moment someone feels truly understood, half of the problem loses its weight.

Not because the situation changed, but because they’re no longer carrying it alone.

That’s where real mental health work begins. Not with fixing. But with understanding.

If we can build more spaces like that, homes, workplaces, communities; we won’t just treat mental health issues. We’ll prevent them.

Completing Level I & II in Attachment Science and Transactional Analysis (TA) didn’t just add tools; it reshaped how I understand the people I work with. I now listen less for the symptom and more for the pattern: the protective roles, the fear beneath reactions, and the search for safety inside relationships.

This feels especially real in my work with The Purpleline and mental health education spaces; where distress often appears as crisis, conflict, or silence long before it becomes a diagnosis. The lens of Attachment and Transactional Analysis helps me to design better frameworks, strategies, and resources to equip our Paracounselor at The Purpleline and Experts of Mindwizz, respond not only to what people say, but to explore the untold feelings, starting conversations that aim beyond coping toward genuine relational change.

Some trainings give techniques. Some quietly change how you sit with another human being. Grateful for the learning. The real work continues; in every session, every call, every classroom.

My endless gratitude to Mehtab Khanam Mam for this opportunity, and Team Aarshi. Thanks to Tanzila Apu, Tasnuva Apu and Monzia Apu for turning this training into in-depth learning experience. Special thanks to Khadiza Akhter Shimul Apu for your continuous support and encouragement; without you, it won't be possible to complete this journey.

Expecting Level III soon!
