Consistency isn’t motivation.

Strength ছাড়া mobility incomplete,

শুধু ভারী ওজন না—
ঠিকভাবে নড়াচড়া শেখা, joint stable রাখা
আর ধীরে ধীরে শক্ত করা—
এই তিনটাই long-term fit থাকার চাবিকাঠি।
Gym হোক বা home training—
শরীর বুঝে smart training দরকার।
PCOS বা Thyroid থাকলে exercise বন্ধ করা solution না।
