স্বাধীন বাংলাদেশে ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বাংলা বিভাগের প্রথম ব্যাচ। জুলাই, ১৯৭২ সাল।

ছবি পরিচিতি: পেছনের মাঝেরজন ডঃ মারুফী খান ইস্পাহানী স্কুল অ্যান্ড কলেজের প্রিন্সিপাল ছিলেন তিন/চার বছর আগে পর্যন্ত। এখন সম্ভবত অবসরে আছেন। জানিয়েছেন তার ছাত্রী Fahmida Ahmed. নীচে বসা বাম থেকে প্রথমজন হলেন সারা আরা মাহমুদ। একুশের গানের অমর সুরস্রষ্টা শহীদ আলতাফ মাহমুদ এঁর স্ত্রী। বাংলা একাডেমিতে দীর্ঘদিন চাকরি করার পর নাট্যকলা ও চলচ্চিত্র বিভাগের পরিচালক পদ থেকে অবসর নিয়েছেন সারা আরা মাহমুদ।
