Salary: 39,633/- Outsource Grade (as per Outsourcing Policy 2018)

Post Qualification:
*Post graduation on economics, finance, management, statistics, and social science/equivalent degree from recognized University.
*No 3rd class/division will be allowed.
*Minimum ten (10) year’s experience as Procurement specialist/consultant in Development Sector.
*Experience in organizations working with disable people will get extra privilege.
*Must have communication and coordination skill with various departments of organization.
*Must have experience in purchasing/collecting products and services according to Public Procurement law 2006 and Public Procurement amendment 2008.
*Must have clear knowledge in Annual Collection plan, Tender document preparation, invitation, evaluation, Deed and contact management. Must have clear knowledge in procurement process and legal issues. Team management capacity is mandatory. Must be fluent in both Bengali and English.
*Must have clear knowledge in MS office and other office applications.
