Trial run underway for the resort’s reception and dining block designed by GEOMATRIX ARCHITECTS. Mechanical works coming up next for full operation.

Location: Hatirjheel
Design Team: Ar. Sabbir Ahmed, Ar. Shefat Nowreen and Ar. Mahbub Rabbani.
Year of Completion: 2019.

Brief: The building(MY TV) situated at hatirjheel and consist of two layers of roof where the first(lower layer) was open to sky and used for stage program. Later the designed temporary steel roof including front glass louvered screen protects the space for program from all kind of bad weather and maximize the use of the space to a multipurpose use. The design structure has been followed, inspected and successfully constructed by MY TV authorities.

Once again :Geomatrix Architects" won another HONORABLE MENTION AWARD on a national design competition titled "Landmark Monument" at Mall Chattar University of Dhaka.
