***Education:** Bachelor of Business Administration from any reputed Private University

***Experience**: At least 2 Years in relevant field & Logistics background will get additional preference.

**Job Responsibilities:**

· Managing Hub workforces in driving shift with efficiency and productivity.

· Implementing new process and maintaining existing process for smooth operations.

· Ensuring inbound and reverse packages timely.

· Maintaining hub parcel Inventory, delivery success rate, delivery conversion rate.

· Ensuring hub compliance at all aspects.

· Connect with concerned stake holders for all the hub administrative issues and further resolutions.

· Keeping other activities aligned according to supervisor.

· Ensuring regular pickup, connect with Marchant for regular pickup, regular return closing.

· Ensuring same day 100% cash deposit and reconciliation.

· Ensuring maximum rider attendance in Hub.
