Job Description / Responsibility:

o Execute the marketing and sales for achieving the organizational goal.
o Establish and maintain effective business relationship with existing and potential customers to reach the given target.
o Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about product, solutions, services and assess requirements in order to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs.
o Identification and development of sales network and its operation to strengthen the sales channel.
o Achieve company's sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly.
o Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
o Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports.
o Collect and analyze the data for preparing marketing strategy.
o Maintaining and increasing sales volume of company's different brand products & Solution.
o Provides target vs. sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
o Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitor
o Set an implement the business strategies for the business to attain its goal, ensure repetitive customers, volume sales and increased footfall.
o Drive to achieve the targeted sales and profit margin percentage according to the yearly budget.
o Work closely with Sales team while generating new ideas, developing and implementing any marketing plan, organizing events.
o Support sales team with customer data and survey reports to ensure market positioning and coordinate with them to ensure better communication to reach out the targeted customer base.
o Perform any other job as per decision by the Top Management.

Educational Requirements
o B.Sc. Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements
o 3 to 5 years
o Experience in relevant field would add extra value

Additional Job Requirements
o Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
o Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
o Should have passion for sales job.
o Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
o Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
o Driving motorcycle/ Car will be an added advantage.
o Candidates must have the ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
o An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
o An ability to work independently and as a team.
