Key Accounts Manager Needed

Entropy E Farm is searching for an experienced professional for the Key Accounts Manager position.

Office Location: House No - 60, Road No- 08, Block- C, Niketon, Gulshan, Dhaka 1212.

Requirement
More than 5 years of experience of work as Key Accounts Manager in any relevant sector.
Strong and effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving capability
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality and accuracy.
Ability to work independently, as well as maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and follow through.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the team to provide the utmost level of client service.
Liaison with clients at a senior level.
Promote expansion of business with existing clients.
Work with other senior managers to generate new accounts.
Complete projects within a specific schedule and an agreed budget.
Use skills to push clients, and the agency, both creatively and strategically.
Provide leadership and vision, and support clients in driving short-term sales and building long-term brand value.
Develop, coach and train team members.
Review alignment of creative deliverables with brand strategy.
Assign projects and campaigns to subordinate(s) and supervise them accordingly.
Negotiate and convince clients on selling ideas, deadlines and financial approval.
Prepare and present the campaign budget to the client.
Execute and supervise campaign(s) collaterals (PPM, Production such that Photoshoot, Shoot, design outputs, printing etc, Activation, Events or similar activities)
Manage and monitor standards set by higher management.
