Supply and Commissioning of Automatic Hydraulic Block Plant

​ABSA Engineering & Plastic, a concern of ABSA Group, is inviting competitive quotations from reputable manufacturers or authorized distributors for the supply, installation, and commissioning of an Automatic Hydraulic Concrete Block Making Machine.

​We are looking for a high-efficiency plant that aligns with our technical requirements and operational standards.
​
Technical Specifications Required:
​Machine Type: Automatic Hydraulic Block Making Machine (Equivalent to QT4-20 or higher).

​Production Range: Hollow Blocks, Solid Bricks, Uni-Paver, and Paving Tiles.
​Power Limit: The total connected load of the entire plant must not exceed 40 KW.
​Operational Power: Preferably within 25-32 KW.
​Capacity: High-frequency vibration and hydraulic pressure for maximum density.
​Scope of Work & Terms:
​Full Turnkey Solution: The quoted price must be inclusive of the machine, all necessary attachments (Mixer, Conveyor, Stacker), and shipping.
​Delivery Location: The price must be quoted for Doorstep Delivery at our factory site in Chattogram, Bangladesh.
​Installation & Setup: The supplier is responsible for the complete physical installation and electrical setup of the plant.
​Commissioning & Testing: The plant must be commissioned and run successfully to demonstrate the promised production capacity and quality.
​Training: Basic operational and maintenance training for our technical staff.
