They collaborate with clinical teams, troubleshoot devices, and manage projects from start to finish. Additionally, they may be involved in research, data analysis, and supporting healthcare professionals.

Experience of working in Medical Device Industries minimum 5-7 years in the Production.

Ability to research problems, develop solutions and present possible solutions for implementation.

Ability to work successfully under pressure of Target time limit and frequent changes to a heavy workload.

Good communication, analytical and negotiation skills with strong leadership skills to manage a team.

Result oriented to meet stressing deadline.

Responsibilites & Context

Job Context : Medical Device engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and testing medical devices, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Their responsibilities include translating user needs into technical specifications, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with clinical teams. They also manage projects, document design processes, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

The Incumbent must be Electro Mechanical Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical or Mechatronics).

The Incumbent must be practical experience only in MEDICAL DEVICE INDUSTRIES who has a handling experience in the following area :

ETO Autoclave

Disposable Syringe Assembling and Printing Line
Disposable Syringe Assembling and Printing Line

Blister Pack Machine and all other Machines related to Medical Device.

The Incumbent should design and develop medical-technical systems.

THE CANDIDATE WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE ABOVE EXPERIENCE SHOULD NOT APPLY.

Exploration Medi Great Technology Limited Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced biomedical service engineer to join our squad. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 3-5 year field experience in solving and serving critical electronic-medical equipment, including ventilator, Anthaceaia Machine, C-Ams, X-ray machines, ultrasound machines, Pathology IVD, OT table and other medical devices. This role requires great technical skills in maintenance of medical devices and the ability to respond instantly and effectively on the site on the site.

The main responsibility:

• Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting:

Perform diagnostics, problems solutions and repairs on extensive treatment devices including ventilator, anthology machine, c-amus, X-ray, ultrasound machine, pathology IVD machine, OT table and other electronic-medical equipment.

Manage preventive maintenance checks to ensure the optimal effectiveness and protection of treatment devices.

Respond to Service requests and provide technical assistance to the site to healthcare facilities, ensure minimal downtime of critical equipment.

• Installation and calibration:

Monitor the installation, setup and calibration of new medical devices according to the manufacturer's specification and security protocol.

Make sure the tools are properly configured and are acting as necessary before clinical use.

• Compliance and Protection:

Follow the regulatory and protection values ​​for medical equipment by ensuring consent with the local and international regulations.

Maintain detailed service records and logs for all equipment that confirm the correct and up-to-date documentation.

• Technical assistance and training:

Provide technical assistance and training to hospital staff and technicians about proper management and maintenance of medical devices.

Stay updated on medical devices technology and progress.

• Field service and client interaction:

Travel to client sites for problem solving, repair and prescribed maintenance activities.

Create and maintain a strong relationship with healthcare professionals and facilities managers.

• Report and Documentation:

Prepare detailed services report after each job, outline the issues addressed, replaced and outline the topics performed by maintenance activities.
