VIPB SEBL Unit Fund has completed its 15th anniversary recently. The fund began its journey as a closed-end fund under the name Southeast Bank First Mutual Fund on May 26, 2011. Upon completion of 10 years as a closed-end fund, on May 25, 2021, 99.23% of the unitholders attending an investors’ meeting voted in favour of converting the fund into an open-ended fund.
