Guidelines & Rules:
📌 Exclusive Commitment – Panel members cannot apply for leadership roles in other clubs but may hold general memberships.
📌 No External Influence – Recommendations from former panel members will lead to immediate disqualification.
📌 Merit-Based Selection – While preferred positions are considered, final assignments will be based on skills, CV, and dedication.
📌 Final Decision Stands – Once the panel is selected, no appeals or reconsiderations will be entertained.
