In this role, you will be the technical expert on the front lines, providing exceptional post-sales support, advanced training, and strategic guidance to our diverse customer base.



🧬 Duties & Responsibilities

Help customers use our tools and platforms like Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), Quantitative PCR (qPCR), and Next-generation sequencing (NGS). Answer their questions, guide them step by step, and make sure they get the best results from our solutions.

Conduct hands-on training sessions to teach how to run the instruments safely and effectively. Help them design experiments properly and show how to understand and analyze their data confidently.

Join customer meetings and product demos with the sales team. Explain the scientific benefits and practical uses of our tools so customers can see how our solutions fit their needs.

Talk to customers regularly and listen to their challenges and suggestions. Share these insights with our application and marketing teams to help improve our products and services.

Troubleshoot issues that customers face during their experiments. Work with internal experts to find fast and accurate solutions so customers can continue their work smoothly.



🌟 Who We’re Looking For

A passionate life science professional with an M.Sc. in Biological Science.

You have worked in the lab and are confident using key techniques like Quantitative PCR (qPCR), Next-generation sequencing (NGS), and other molecular biology methods.

You can explain complex scientific ideas in a simple way and give presentations that are easy for different types of people to understand.

You enjoy helping people and can build strong, trusting relationships with customers. Having past experience in a customer-facing role is a big plus.

You are comfortable traveling 50–70% of the time to visit and support customers across a wide area.

We just wrapped up a great training session on NGS and Molecular Biology techniques at the Bangladesh Oceanographic Research Institute (BORI). 🌊🧬

Sharing knowledge in such a beautiful place like Cox’s Bazar made the experience even more special. Being by the sea was a great reminder of how molecular biology and marine science go hand in hand, from exploring marine biodiversity to opening doors for exciting new research opportunities.
