Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Assistant to join our dynamic team in Nilphamari. The successful candidate will support our IT department in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, providing technical assistance to employees, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including computers, servers, and network devices.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Support IT documentation and asset management.
Assist with software updates, system backups, and disaster recovery operations.
Ensure security protocols are followed and assist in cybersecurity initiatives.
Provide basic training to employees on IT tools and best practices.
Respond promptly to IT support requests via email, phone, or in person.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Assistant, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and/or Mac operating systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IT system administration.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Experience with basic programming or scripting.
