VACANCY FOR ARCHITECT

The person must have experience of working in an Architectural Firm and implementing designs by himself and also should have experience working with Interior design and its implementation in construction site.

Office Location: House-343, Road-25, Mohakhali New DOHS, Dhaka
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Extensive/through knowledge on project detailing (Must-have requirement)
• Prepare design concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing.
• 3D visualization
• Need to have experience with Rajuk, Cantt. Board, City Corporation and others rules and regulations
• Prepare presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.
• Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as ex*****on.
• Follow up the project ex*****on on regular basis (visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to Architectural plans).
• Negotiate and meeting with Clients.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from Any reputed University.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5-year Experience in Architectural or Interior design Firm
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architectural Firm, Consulting Firms, Development Agency, Engineering Firms

Salary:
35k-50k (Negotiable as per experience)

We are proud to share the latest progress on the Army Golf Club Gate — an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project being executed by Nirman Design & Developments in collaboration with the Bangladesh Army.

Located within Dhaka Cantonment, this landmark project reflects our commitment to combining architectural precision with civil engineering excellence. We are pleased to announce that the slab casting work has been successfully completed — marking a significant milestone for the entire team.

The structure involves heavy-duty reinforcement detailing, designed to withstand both structural loads and environmental stresses. The slab is supported by a high-density rebar mesh grid, incorporating B500 TMT bars with accurate spacing and proper anchorage to ensure load distribution and structural integrity.

Our team is overseeing the concrete pouring and ensuring uniform placement and compaction. Proper formwork support and shuttering have been installed to ensure dimensional accuracy and finish quality, while concrete vibration techniques are being applied to minimize voids and maximize bonding around the reinforcement.
