Position: Assistant Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Business Development)

Company Overview:
Fastrack Engineering BD is an importer and supplier of HVAC, Industrial Compressor, Automation Control System, and Pneumatic Control System products. We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team.

Educational Qualification:
• B.Sc. in Mechanical, EEE, or MTE

Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development (preferably in an engineering or technical field)

Job Location:
• Panthapath, Dhaka

Office Hours:
• Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 (based on experience)
• Lunch bill, Conveyance, and Phone bill
• 2% commission on sales
• Two festival bonuses (50% of gross salary each)
• Yearly salary review
