TechMasters is building a remote engineering team for a well-funded San Francisco-based startup.

Our partner startup operates in the Automotive and Electric Vehicle (EV) sector, focusing on automation and remote vehicle health management platforms.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Team Lead, Frontend – JavaScript (1 Position)

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer ready to take ownership of frontend architecture while leading a team to deliver scalable and high-quality user experiences.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Minimum 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js (minimum 3 years of solid experience in each)
• Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend developers
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design systems, and performance optimization
• Experience collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product managers
• Familiarity with API integration and ability to define contracts with backend teams
• Hands-on experience with code reviews, setting coding standards, and enforcing best practices

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞:
USD $2,500 – $3,500 per month

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Must be based in Bangladesh (Dhaka preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability
• Proactive problem-solver comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Agile mindset with sprint participation experience
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Commitment to engineering best practices and continuous improvement
• Must be able to join within 4 weeks

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
• Work Arrangement: Work from home (at least for the next 3–6 months)
• Weekly Holidays: Saturday and Sunday
• Work Hours: Must maintain 4 hours daily overlap with San Francisco hours (8 PM – 12 AM Dhaka Time)
