Overview:
Job Title: Senior Executive, Business Development

Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week (5 Days a week)

Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team. As a senior executive, the main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable strategy through extensive and qualitative research and statistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new leads for the development of the business.
• Build and maintain relationships amongst different potential clients and the company.
• Go for further follow-up communication.
• Understand the market, how field sales works and able to commute.
• Pitching products and/or services.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Understand all the prospect's needs, problems or wants.
• Explain how our solutions align with prospective client’s needs.
• Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
• Identify client’s profiles.
• Consult with other teams to ensure efficiency.
• Identify the most important KPIs.
• Track and monitor the market.
• Prepare and present reports when needed.
• Stay up to date with the latest business trends and best practices.
• Report to the management team.
• Other responsibilities assigned by superior.

Required qualifications:
Education:
• Graduation from any UGC approved University is required.
• Additional Professional degree will get preference.
Skill:
• Team player
• Leadership Skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge on client relationship management
• Knowledge on field research
Experience:
• At least one year of experience is needed in any local food company or food Delivery Company.
• Familiar with the restaurant industry inside any specific division.
• Basic knowledge about software/tech products and companies.
