Training Highlights | January 2026

In January 2026, the Academic Coordinator and Head of Administration of Kids Campus Senior Section took part in a professional training session on Handling Different Customer Types Using Emotional Intelligence.

The session focused on:

* Understanding customer needs and expectations
* Using Emotional Intelligence (EI) to manage pressure and complaints
* Identifying different customer types and responding effectively
* Handling difficult conversations calmly using practical frameworks (e.g. LEAP)
* Improving communication, empathy, and service etiquette

This training is directly helping us provide better, more respectful, and more responsive service to students and parents. By managing emotions, listening actively, and responding professionally, we can build trust, reduce conflicts, and ensure a smoother academic experience for our students.

Better communication leads to better service—and better outcomes for our school community.

Teacher’s Day Celebration at Kids Campus Senior Section!

KCS Senior Section celebrated Teacher’s Day with heartfelt appreciation for our dedicated educators. The event highlighted the invaluable role teachers play in inspiring, guiding, and nurturing our students each day.

Welcoming the New Batch at KCS Senior Section!

We had the pleasure of hosting the Orientation Session for the Academic Year 2025–26 on 3rd July 2025 at Kids Campus School Senior Section. The session was specially organized for the newly admitted students of Grade 8 and their parents.

The event offered an insightful overview of:
✅ The curriculum structure at the Senior Section
✅ Guidelines for subject selection
✅ A wide range of extracurricular opportunities that nurture holistic development

The highlight of the session was the interactive Q&A segment, where parents received clarity on subject options and guidance for their children's academic and career paths.
