𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for telesales agents & staff.
Handle onboarding, attendance, and documentation systems.
Maintain discipline & HR policies in a target-driven environment.
Coordinate and manage day and night shift operations in collaboration with other HR Executives to ensure efficient workforce planning and seamless operations.
Resolve employee issues & conflicts efficiently.
Track agent KPIs, attendance, and performance metrics.
Build and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and trackers (Excel/Sheets)
Support managers with data-driven insights for team performance.
Ensure proper data management, reporting accuracy & process optimization.
Be on-call for urgent HR and operational issues.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an International Call Center, specifically in Telesales Specialist or HR role .
𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞: A strong background in the BPO/Call Center industry is essential. Candidates with a deep understanding of telemarketing operations will be given high priority.
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬: Must have a solid grasp of sales team structures, performance metrics, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Proven ability to manage fast-paced workflows and adapt to the unique challenges of international shift operations.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲):
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
(Formulas, Reporting, Data Tracking, Basic Dashboards).
Ability to analyze performance data & generate insights.
Experience handling HR systems, trackers, or CRM tools.
Strong skills in reporting, data accuracy & process automation (basic level).
