First day of a 2-day Emotional Intelligence-Train the Trainer program at their state-of-the-art campus at Korean EPZ (KEPZ), Anowara, Chittagong. The goal of the seminar is to help equip future trainers with sufficient knowledge on EQ, with high emphasis on practical and applicable emotion management skills and tools for on-the-floor managers. The participants, as supervisors and managers, will have clear, practical and applicable tools and techniques to better manage their own emotions as well as better manage emotions of others whom they work with, in alignment and compliance with Youngone’s Values.
