𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Strategic Planning & Marketing Manager

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

Paramount Agro Limited is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Strategic Planning & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and support strategic initiatives across the company’s diverse product portfolio. The role involves developing business strategies, overseeing digital marketing activities, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making, including opportunities in the agri-business segment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Ø Lead the development and ex*****on of strategic and annual business plans across multiple product lines.
Ø Conduct financial, market, and performance analysis, including relevant trends in agriculture and consumer products, to support strategic decision-making.
Ø Identify business opportunities and recommend actionable plans to enhance market positioning and growth.
Ø Oversee digital marketing operations, ensuring campaigns align with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.
Ø Guide content planning, social media communication, and digital engagement strategy.
Ø Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and effective communication.
Ø Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and maintain dashboards for management review.
Ø Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics across the market.
Ø Support management in executing high-impact business initiatives and partnerships.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Ø Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Ø Minimum 7–8 years of professional experience in business strategy, brand management, or digital marketing; experience with agri-business or FMCG is a plus.
Ø Strong skills in data analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
Ø Proven experience in digital marketing management (social media, paid campaigns, analytics).
Ø Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Ø Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
Ø Professionalism, integrity, and results-oriented approach.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
Shade Design, a concern of Paramount Agro Limited, is looking for a talented and motivated Interior Architect to join the team. You will be responsible for designing and managing the construction of shade structures that support operations and optimize growing conditions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and 3D Max to prepare professional presentations.
• Preparing concept designs, detailed drawings,2D layout,3D design for projects.
• Collaborating with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure design implementation as per requirements
• Maintaining communication with management.
• Preparing quotation and final bill, check bills of vendors, bill collection and disburse.
• Completing any task assigned by management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed university.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also apply).
• Strong sense of creativity, and innovative design.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
