Job Responsibilities
• Greet and direct customers
• Achieve sales target
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Provide customer feedback to the Shop Manager.
• Responsible to submit daily, weekly, monthly sales reports to immediate supervisor.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Ensure display activities
