𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗵𝘂𝗯 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 is inviting applications for two part-time live online instructor roles.

We are looking for instructors who can teach practical digital skills with clarity, guide learner assignments, and work within Userhub’s structured learning approach.

𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀:

𝟭. 𝗨𝗜 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
For teaching Figma-based interface design, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, responsive screens, design critique, and portfolio-oriented UI work. The instructor should also be able to show how AI tools can support interface exploration and workflow without replacing human design judgment.

𝟮. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
For teaching digital content writing, web content, SEO-aware writing, UX writing, microcopy, editing, and portfolio-oriented writing practice. The instructor should also be able to show how AI tools can support outlining, drafting, rewriting, and critique without replacing originality, clarity, and editorial responsibility.

These are not generic training roles. We are especially interested in applicants with practical experience, teaching or mentoring ability, and a responsible approach to AI-assisted professional workflows.

This 6-month 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿-𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 helps learners understand where digital products fail, why users struggle, and how evidence can guide better product and service decisions.

The program includes structured classes, guided project work, mentor feedback, and a pathway from UX evaluation to human-centered research and case documentation.
