U.S. Department of Commerce Sir , recently you have given export ban against USGoBuy,LLC for 3 years . I am a customer of usgobuy . I sent my packages to their warehouse at Portland,Oregon . I have my 30 packages in hostage condition in their warehouse right now.

After Getting export ban by BIS in 14th June 2024 , USGOBUY completely Hid this matter from the customers . USGOBUY announced about the denial order in their website on 25th June 2024. Now USGOBUY is saying they can not ship my packages to any address.

I asked them to send my packages to my relative who lives in USA . They denied to help. All of my packages are in stucked in their warehouse. They are not refunding my money or giving me compensation for my loss. They do not communicate with customers & They don’t reply to our emails regularly. Completely ignoring our problem regarding our packages which can’t be returned to seller anymore.

There are a lot of customers like me around the world who are in same situation . All of them are suffering from unbearable tension and pain. We are very much afraid of losing our money and packages. Usgobuy knows everything and denied to help in any way . Customers who disputed the shipping fee in paypal , usgobuy is fighting there not to give any refund. We have opened a group named ‘USGoBuy Victims 2024 (BIS Denial Order)’ where many customers are writing about their worst situation.

For getting back our packages, They said only seller return label for each package will be acceptable. But many sellers are not accepting returns as many days elapsed . We are now in helpless situation.

Please note that We didn’t know anything about this Denial Order warning in 2021 which resulted in permanent ban in 2024. The company concealed the important truth from us.

Please sir , please make a way or give us an instruction so that we can get our Non-returnable packages back from them.

PLEASE GIVE US AN INSTRUCTION . Please suggest , How we can get our packages back from them? We need your attention and help.
