Development Solutions Consultant Limited (DSCL) is proud to serve as a consortium member of JV GOPA Tech and Integration, which is delivering the Technical Assistance for the Bangladesh Renewable Energy Facility (BREF) Project, funded by the European Investment Bank (EIB).

A key highlight was the Bangladesh Renewable Energy Facility (BREF), which provides a structured and forward-looking platform to mobilize investment, strengthen institutional capacity, and scale up the development of clean and sustainable energy solutions.

The BREF initiative presents a robust framework for mobilizing investment and accelerating the transition toward a low-carbon, climate-resilient energy future.

We remain committed to contributing to Bangladesh’s clean energy journey and look forward to advancing impactful solutions through continued collaboration and innovation.

We joyfully celebrated the Bengali New Year, a time that symbolizes new beginnings, renewed hope, and the richness of our cultural heritage. This special occasion inspires us to move forward with positivity, unity, and continuous growth both personally and professionally.

As part of the celebration, we arranged traditional Bangladeshi cuisine, bringing everyone together in the true spirit of culture, harmony, and togetherness.

The event became even more vibrant with engaging activities such as pillow passing games, musical performances, and an exciting raffle draw, creating joyful moments and strengthening team bonding.
