Title: Business Development Specialist
Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Type: Full-time
Work Days: Saturday to Wednesday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Salary: 40k-80k

What Tasks Does The Job Involve?
1. Make effective marketing plans with ROI forecasts for onboarding new clients.
2. Identify and get in touch with potential prospects via email and social media. This includes but is not limited to cold email, DM, follow-up, meetings, proposals, and eventually closing them.
3. Search for SaaS/Startup/Business leads for our services and maintain key information in the prospect database.
4. Help the prospects identify the problems(that we solve) and come up with realistic solutions to those.
5. Must be proactive and gentle to build, establish and maintain a good relationship with clients.
6. Build and train client success managers for sales operations.
Be accustomed to a monthly, quarterly and yearly target for the sales department.
7. Identify new market opportunities, collaboration scopes, partnerships/affiliations to increase sales volume.
8. Identify and explore target markets, sales channels, and potential partnerships to achieve our company mission and goal.
9. Prepare necessary documents & reports
10. Work closely with the content, lead generation and branding team.
11. Communicate with the concerned person if needed to resolve any issues regarding the product.
12. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
13. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director or superior authority.

Educational Requirements
* Candidates should have a Graduation/Post Graduation degree in Marketing from a reputed university.
* Experience in this field will add extra value.
* Educational requirements may be considered for high-potential employees.

Skills Required: Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Digital Marketing solution service, Approaching adequate to clients.

Experience Requirements
- At least 2-5 years
