Our goal is to make learning fun, safe, and culturally relevant for young minds.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and culturally aware Bangla Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will research, curate, and rewrite popular Bengali poems and stories in simple, natural, and child-friendly Bengali. You will play a key role in shaping content that children enjoy and parents trust.

Key Responsibilities:
✦ Research and select popular and age-appropriate Bengali poems, rhymes, and short stories for children (ages 1–12).
✦ Rewrite and adapt content using clear, natural, and engaging Bengali suitable for young readers and listeners.
✦ Ensure all content is educational, culturally relevant, and safe for children.
✦ Adapt tone and complexity based on age groups (1–3, 4–6, 7–9, 10–12).
✦ Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with the app’s learning goals.
✦ Review and refine content based on feedback from internal teams.
✦ Maintain originality and ensure content is copyright-safe and suitable for digital use.

Required Qualifications:
✦ Excellent command of written Bengali (natural, conversational, and grammatically correct).
✦ Background in Literature, Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
✦ Proven experience in content writing, preferably for children or educational platforms.
✦ Strong understanding of Bengali culture, folklore, poems, and storytelling traditions.
✦ Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex ideas for children.
✦ Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
